If aforementioned suspicions were refuted, Expanding Web shall restore the User’s access to the User’s Account and the Platform. Otherwise Expanding Web is also entitled to terminate the Agreement at any time, without advance notice. Regardless of the circumstances such suspension or termination by Expanding Web shall not give rise to liability.
    7. 8.7 If this Agreement is concluded with the Consumer or the Sole Trader with consumer rights, Expanding Web can only suspend the User’s Account or terminate the Agreement due to the significant reason and if the User does not cease the breach concerned, despite the 7 (seven) day period set by Expanding Web to do so.
